It is not for the federal government to decide how states and cities spend their money, so I will not go into were I think they should spend it, instead I will give a breakdown of the amount of funds they receive with my tax system and the areas they can cut out because they are now covered by the federal government with my plan.
States currently receive a total combined revenue of 1.6 Trillion, under my tax system that would be lowered to 729 Billion. However states would no longer spend any money on health care, food, housing, welfare, or the education system.
Currently states spend 497.6 Billion on Health Care, 270.4 Billion on Education, 179.7 Billion on Welfare. By cutting those out states save 947.7 Billion each year. Currently States spend 1.15 Trillion each year, with my system that would be reduced to 202.3 Billion each year. And with my tax system that would mean that states would now have an additional 527 Billion each year to spend however they wish.
Local governments currently receive a total combined revenue of 1.1 Trillion, under my tax system that would be highered to 1.3 Trillion. However local government would no longer spend any money on health care, food, housing, welfare, or the education system.
Currently locals spend 133.8 Billion on Health Care, 517 Billion on Education, 98.7 Billion on Welfare. By cutting those out locals save 749.5 Billion each year. Currently locals spend 1.8 Trillion each year, with my system that would be reduced to 1050.5 Billion each year. And with my tax system that would mean that states would now have an additional 550 Billion each year to spend however they wish.
